Warning - Robert Benwell and meintherapiedecken.de - Scammer Warning

Dear customer,

We would like to inform you about an important development concerning the brand Therapiedecken.de.

In May 2025, the brand was sold to the company Blooom Ltd. (England, Managing Director: Robert Benwell). Unfortunately, it turned out that the new owner had no legitimate intentions. Orders were accepted but not delivered, as neither the producer nor the former owner were paid anymore.

The incidents have already been reported to the responsible authorities in Germany and England. Since the new owner also failed to make agreed payments, the shop has since been recovered through a trust arrangement.

Important steps for affected customers

• Please contact your payment provider (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank) and request a refund of your payment.
  
• We also recommend filing a criminal complaint against Blooom Ltd. and the managing director Robert Benwell.
  
• Additionally, you can report the fraud to the following official authorities in England:

  Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
  

The new owner is currently trying to operate through the site therapie-decken.com and meintherapiedecken.de (via the company: Bloom Ecommerce Ltd) for sale. This site has already been reported to the authorities and should hopefully be shut down soon.

Current status of our shop

Unfortunately, Therapiedecken.de must remain temporarily closed until it is legally clarified how and if operations can continue. The financial and reputational damage is unfortunately significant.

Update from October 1, 2025: We have resumed sales via Therapiedecken.de.
