Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

2. Contracting Party, Contract Formation

The purchase contract is concluded with EXPECT MORE TODAY LTD.

By listing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is formed when you accept our offer by clicking the order button for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation via email.

3. Contract Language, Contract Text Storage
The language available for contract formation is German.

We store the contract text and send you your order details and our Terms and Conditions via email. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.

4. Delivery Terms

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs apply. Details about shipping costs can be found in the product offerings.

We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, self-pickup of goods is not possible.

5. Payment

Our shop generally offers you the following payment methods:

Credit Card
When you place an order, you provide us with your credit card details at the same time.
After you verify yourself as the legitimate cardholder, we request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after your order. The payment transaction is automatically processed by the credit card company and your card is charged.

PayPal
During the checkout process, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, authenticate with your access credentials, and confirm the payment authorization to us. After submitting your order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
PayPal then automatically processes the payment transaction immediately. You will receive further information during the checkout process.

Sofort
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the Sofort GmbH website. To pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have an online banking account activated for Sofort participation with PIN/TAN authentication, authenticate accordingly, and confirm the payment authorization to us. You will receive further information during the checkout process. Sofort will then immediately process the payment transaction and debit your account.

Amazon Pay
During the checkout process, you will be redirected to the Amazon website before completing your order in our online shop. To process your order and pay the invoice amount via Amazon, you must be registered there or first register and authenticate with your access credentials. There you can select your delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment authorization to us. You will then be redirected back to our online shop to complete your order.
Immediately after your order, we request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically processed by Amazon. You will receive further information during the checkout process.

Purchase on Account and Financing via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you purchase on account and installment payment as payment options.
Please note that Klarna Invoice and Klarna Installment are only available for consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case.

Klarna Installment
With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (minimum €6.95). Klarna Invoice

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment is made.

7. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us without delay. Failure to report a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, it helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, statutory warranty rights apply.
The limitation period for warranty claims is one year from delivery of goods for used items.
The above restrictions and time limits do not apply to claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives or agents

• for injury to life, body or health,
• for intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty and fraud,
• for breach of material contractual obligations whose performance enables proper contract execution and on whose compliance the contracting party can normally rely (essential obligations)
• under a guarantee promise, if agreed, or
• to the extent the scope of the Product Liability Act applies.

9. Liability

We are always liable without limitation for claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives or agents

• for injury to life, body or health,
• for intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
• for guarantee promises, if agreed, or
• to the extent the scope of the Product Liability Act applies.

In case of breach of material contractual obligations whose performance enables proper contract execution and on whose compliance the contracting party can normally rely (essential obligations) through slight negligence by us, our legal representatives or agents, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage at the time of contract conclusion, with which typical occurrence must be expected. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform (ODR) which you can find here https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. A 30-day right of withdrawal applies only to weighted blankets. The contract can be terminated here.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 or 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 or 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (EXPECT MORE TODAY LTD, 196 High Road, Dept 1938, Wood Green, London, England, N22 8HH, Email: service@sensodecken.de, Register: Companies House UK, 14837712) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form enclosed for this purpose, but it is not required.

Gift vouchers and gift boxes are non-refundable.

Opened fragrance spray is excluded from the right of withdrawal and exchange.

All personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and exchange.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the withdrawal right before the deadline expires.
