Schmiel practically urges to hug your partner more often. But what if you are not in a relationship?

The alternative hug 

Besides pets, Schmiel is convinced that therapy blankets can really replace the long-awaited and necessary hug. The weight applies a pleasant pressure through the skin, which releases more happiness and cuddle hormones while simultaneously reducing stress (cortisol). Body and mind can wonderfully relax both during the day and at night.
