The Sensomedic therapy blanket is an inexpensive model for people who want to familiarize themselves with weighted blankets for the first time. It is delivered without a cover and is not compatible with the standard (loop) or premium (zipper) covers. A personal cover can optionally be used, provided it fits snugly.

What weight should my therapy blanket have?
The therapy blanket for children and adults should be approximately 10% of your body weight. This is a guideline, so it is quite possible that you will feel better with more/less weight. If you are between two weight classes, based on our experience, we recommend choosing the heavier option.
